Trosky Florida National Competition & Exposure Program

Program & Event Philosophy

Quality over quantity.

The goal is not to attend the most events. The goal is to attend the right events.

Development First

Trosky Weekends remain protected parts of every schedule. They provide dedicated time for development, evaluation, recovery, testing and preparation.

Major Events Matter

The schedule prioritizes strong Perfect Game and WWBA competition alongside carefully selected showcase opportunities in key markets.

Purposeful Travel

Travel is selected around events with clear competitive or exposure value, while Florida remains the core of each team’s schedule.

Age-Appropriate Progression

Younger teams build experience through strong regional and national competition. Older teams progressively receive more national-level competition and exposure.

Meaningful Exposure

Event selection is based on competitive value, player development and appropriate exposure — not simply the number of weekends played.

Florida is home. The opportunity is national.
